Costas Stasopoulos – SC Chair
Costas Stasopoulos is Transmission Director at the Electricity Authority of Cyprus, overseeing a $35M annual budget and operations. With an MBA from Maastricht and an engineering degree from Rutgers, he previously worked at SITA in IT solutions for the air transport industry. His interests include renewable energy, smart grids, and energy storage. Costas has served on the IEEE Board of Directors, MGA Board, and numerous committees, and currently chairs the IEEE Industry Engagement Committee and Local Groups Committee.

Antonio Luque – MGA VP
Antonio Luque is a Professor in the Department of Electronics Engineering, University of Seville, Spain. He has been invited researcher and teacher at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (Switzerland), Auburn University (AL,USA), Delft University of Technology (Netherlands), Jade University (Germany), Harbin Institute of Technology (China) and Tech Institute of Monterrey (Mexico). In IEEE, he is serving as IEEE Vice President MGA, and as a member of the IEEE Board of Directors.

Cecelia Jankowski – MGA Managing Director
Cecelia holds the B.A. degree with honors in Electrical Engineering from the SUNY at Stony Brook, a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University, in New York and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Cecelia is a professional engineer and has been active in a number of professional associations and currently is a Senior member of IEEE, Associate Fellow of AIAA, and a member of both Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu honor societies.

Celia Desmond – President, WCT
Celia Desmond’s IEEE positions include Secretary, IEEE Vice President – Technical Activities, Division Director, ComSoc President, IEEE Canada President, Vice President of TEMS, and creator of ComSoc’s Wireless Certification.
She holds an MSc in Engineering, a BSc in Mathematics & Psychology, an Ontario Teaching Certificate, and PMP certification. Celia has taught kindergarten, high school, and at five universities, and is the author of three books.

Greg Gdowski
Greg Gdowski is an AAMI Fellow and a professional member of IEEE-Eta Kappa Nu. He is currently the Past President of the Rochester Engineering Society. He also served on the Board of Directors of MedTech (an association of over 100 Upstate New York biotechnology manufacturers, research institutions, allied professional services and economic development organizations).

Rob Anderson
Rob is an electrical engineer with over 30 years of electric utility industry experience in a variety of areas. Over the past 5 years at Itron, he has worked with Itron’s Global Solutions Delivery Group working as a Grid Modernization Expert focused on Distributed Intelligence. Rob develops technical solutions and management processes to implement non-infrastructure solutions for utilities to meet increasing electricity demands brought on by de-carbonization.

Eric Grigorian
Eric Grigorian is a Principal Research Engineer at the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), serving as the Architecture & Systems Development Division Chief. His work is focused on systems and software development primarily for crewed and uncrewed aviation platforms. He has over 41 years of experience supporting development of complex systems in commercial and defense industry that spans nationally and internationally. During his career, he has managed large engineering and manufacturing organizations and has been responsible for establishing and managing projects and programs more than $300 Million. His technical contributions have resulted in two US Patents and numerous technical publications. He is currently serving as IEEE Region 3 Director, serving his 2nd year as a board member for IEEE, IEEE-USA, and IEEE Member Geographic Area (MGA). He is also serving as the Chair of IEEE Audit Committee, member of MGA Finance Committee, member of the Conference Finance Committee, and 2026 Sections Congress Committee. His achievements have been recognized by GTRI, IEEE, and various other organizations.

Tiziana Tambosso
Tiziana Tambosso is an innovation consultant. She was co-founder of Tambosso & Associates, Visiting Professor in Taiwan, Head of Research Groups at CSELT-TILAB and SIRTI, STMicroelectronics designer.
Tiziana has been an IEEE volunteer since 1997 serving in many roles at IEEE, Region 8, Italy Section and Photonics Society/Chapter level and organizing IEEE conferences.

Francis Grosz
Francis Grosz has been an IEEE Volunteer for over 40 years, including serving as Region 5 Director and IEEE Vice-President for Member and Geographic Activities. Among other duties, he currently chairs the MGA Ad Hoc Committee on implementation of the 2023

Andrew Lowery
Andrew D. Lowery has been an IEEE member since 2001, Eta Kappa Nu since 2004, and is an IEEE Senior Member in the Washington Section. He has been an IEEE Pittsburgh Section Chair (2017), Region 2 Student Activities Coordinator (2017-2020), Member of the MGA Student Activities Committee (2017-2020) and Young Professionals Committee (2021-2023), as well as Region 2 Director (2023-2024)
He is currently serving as the 2025 IEEE VP-Elect, Member and Geographic Activities.
